Looking for a refreshing beverage to beat the summer heat? Here’s a simple, low carb mocktail that made from only a handful of ingredients. It delicious, subtly sweet, and has a gorgeous red color. Stay cool, everyone!

Refreshing Raspberry Lemon-Lime Mocktail (Low Carb)

  • 2 cups Raspberry Lime Seltzer Water
  • 1/2 cup frozen raspberries
  • 1 medium-sized lemon
  • 1 medium-sized lime
  • 2 packets of your favorite artificial sweetener (I used Splenda)
  • 1/2 cup crushed ice


1. Add seltzer water, frozen raspberries, Splenda, and crushed ice to a blender. Squeeze in the juice from one lemon.

2. Blend for 10-15 seconds. You don’t want it to become too thin, so be sure to not overdo it!

3. Add a slice of lime for decoration and serve chilled.

So simple. So delicious. And such a great way to stay cool!
