Carbs are highly controversial these days, but there's no denying that avoiding carbs prevents blood sugar from soaring.

Over the years, after lots of trial and error, I've discovered the only way for me to enjoy carbs, without wreaking havoc on my body, is to strictly limit them. This quote from Dr. Bernstein has become my mantra:
