We love coffee at One Drop, there's no question about it. This liquid gold keeps us going and is naturally super low in carbs. Two grams, to be exact. What happens, though, when you want to indulge just a bit? Instead of the everyday drip with half & half, you decide it's a #treatyoself kind of day. What's your go-to? Cappuccinos are a safe bet; even a skinny latte isn't so bad. But there are also some not-so-awesome drink concoctions out there. They like to call themselves coffees, but they're little more than straight sugar to the 'stream (bloodstream, that is). Don't blow your blood sugars this Pumpkin Spice Latte season.
