How do I cancel active supplies subscriptions (test strips and lancets)?

We’re sad to see you go! Please let us know if there is anything we can do to improve your One Drop experience. 

Please note that plans are billed monthly with a minimum three-month commitment. If you cancel your subscription on the day of your recharge date, we will likely not be able to cancel the current shipment. Reminder emails about recharge date are sent out three days before shipment. Please check your spam folder. 

Additionally, if you purchased the One Drop complete experience and you’re canceling a test strip plan, but would like to keep One Drop Premium, the price will change to $19.99 rather than $10.
