Great question! To pause your account and/or order, simply follow the instructions in the “Your recharge date is soon” email sent three days before your next billing cycle.
If you subscribe to multiple plans, you will need to pause all of them. Note: this will pause your account for one month.
To adjust an order or change your shipping address, reach out to the One Drop Customer Care team at least 24 hours before an order is set to ship.
