How do I pause my subscription?

Would you like to place your subscription on hold or skip your next shipment? We can help! Email us at and be sure to include the following information:

  • Your name
  • Email address associated with your account
  • Number of months you’d like to place your account on hold for (up to 6 months).
Please keep in mind, after this hold period your subscription will automatically reactivate.
