How do I pause my subscription?

Would you like to place your subscription on hold or skip your next shipment? We can help! Email us at support@onedrop.today and be sure to include the following information:

  • Your name
  • Email address associated with your account
  • Number of months you’d like to place your account on hold for (up to 6 months).
Please keep in mind, after this hold period your subscription will automatically reactivate.
