Is One Drop covered by insurance?

At this time, One Drop is not covered by insurance. One Drop is direct-to-consumer, which means our users have the flexibility to choose the plans and products that work best for them without needing authorization from their insurance company or a prescription from their provider. We believe that everyone has the right to access One Drop’s high-quality self-care resources regardless of insurance status.

How do I get an itemized receipt?

You can request an itemized receipt by contacting us at billing@onedrop.today.

Do you accept flex spending cards (HSA/FSA)?

Yes! One Drop is set up to process HSA/FSA cards and is classified by our credit card processor under Merchant Category Code 8099 (medical services). Note that HSA/FSA cards often have rules and regulations attached; so, if you run into any issues, please reach out to your card's bank or an administrator.
