Do you have an unlimited test strip plan?

You may have received an email confirming your monthly or annual subscription charge. Test strips will not ship until you have placed an order in the One Drop app.

Do you have another plan or have you placed a one-time order that hasn’t arrived?

Please allow 5-10 business days after processing for delivery, taking into account weekends and national holidays. Once your package has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking link, so you can follow your package’s progress. If your package is marked as delivered, but you haven’t received it yet, check for the package later in the day. Sometimes carriers mark a package as delivered before it has arrived.
