Refund Policy

I want a refund for my test strip or lancet subscription

★ Subscription cancellations must be made prior to your next monthly, quarterly or annual recharge date to prevent recurring charges.
  • If you cancel a monthly subscription, your subscription continues until the end of your current 30-day period. You will not incur additional charges. 
  • If you cancel a quarterly subscription, your subscription continues until the end of your current 90-day period. You will not incur additional charges.
  • If you cancel an annual subscription, your subscription continues until the end of your annual period. Your annual subscription will not renew, and you will not incur additional charges.

We cannot provide refunds for:
  • Unopened test strips or lancets
  • Subscription charges prior to canceling

I want a refund for the One Drop Glucose Meter

Refund policies vary depending on where you purchased your One Drop Glucose Meter. Glucose meters purchased through the One Drop website or Apple must be returned unopened, unused and within 30 days of purchase.

If you purchased your One Drop Glucose Meter through Amazon, Walmart, or Jet, please contact the vendor for their refund policy and next steps.
