See below for the basics of how One Drop returns and refunds work. Note that return and refund policies vary depending upon where you purchased your One Drop product.
Products purchased from One Drop:
If you are not satisfied with your One Drop glucose meter from onedrop.today for any reason, please contact email@example.com within 30 days of your order. Full refunds are available for unopened glucose meters and accessories within 30 days of purchase.
Plans and subscriptions purchased from One Drop:
Plan cancellations for One Drop Premium, test strip plans, and lancets plans must be made prior to your next scheduled charge date. Please note that plans are billed monthly with a minimum three-month commitment.
- If you cancel a monthly subscription, your subscription continues until the end of your current 30-day period. You will not incur additional charges.
- If you cancel a quarterly subscription, your subscription continues until the end of your current 90-day period. You will not incur additional charges.
- If you cancel an annual subscription, your subscription continues until the end of your annual period. Your annual subscription will not renew, and you will not incur additional charges.
Please note, we do not offer prorated refunds for plan cancellations.
Items purchased from a retailer:
Return and refund policies vary by retailer. If you bought your One Drop glucose meter, test strips or lancets from Amazon, Apple, Best Buy, Walmart, or CVS, please check with the retailer for their policy.
Warranties and replacements:
Customers who buy a new One Drop glucose meter are offered a limited lifetime warranty. This means, your new meter is covered as long as it has not been modified, altered, or misused. Under this warranty, we will replace or refund your meter and kit components if they are defective in material or workmanship. To activate your warranty, set up your glucose meter using the One Drop app.
