If you experience any connectivity issues with your Withings Body smart scale, please try the following troubleshooting steps.
Step away from your scale for five minutes. It may take up to five minutes for new weight values to transfer from your scale to the One Drop app.
Check your internet connection. Your phone requires an internet connection to import any new weight values from your scale. Please check to make sure your smartphone is connected to the internet via Wi-Fi.
- Check your Wi-Fi router. Your router creates and communicates with your Wi-Fi network. Make sure your router is turned on and working properly.
