How do I cancel my bundle subscriptions (One Drop Premium and supplies)?

We’re sad to see you go! Please let us know if there is anything we can do to improve your One Drop experience. 

Please note that bundle subscriptions (i.e. bundles with a glucose meter) are billed monthly and are a minimum three-month commitment. If you cancel your subscription on the day of your recharge date, we will likely not be able to cancel the current shipment. Reminder emails about recharge date are sent out three days before shipment. Please check your spam folder. 

To cancel your active subscription, please contact One Drop by calling 1-800-437-1474 (US/CA) (+44 808-164-8300 for UK/EU customers) or emailing us at Support hours are 9:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. EST Monday through Friday.
