Great question! To pause your account and/or order, simply follow the instructions in the “Your recharge date is soon” email sent three days before your next billing cycle.
If you subscribe to multiple plans, you will need to pause all of them. Please note that this will pause your account for one month.
To update your shipping address, visit My Account, go to My Plans, and select the Edit shipping address option for the plan you'd like to update. To make other adjustments, reach out to the One Drop Customer Care Team at least 24 hours before an order is set to ship.
