Shipping typically takes 5 to 10 business days. When calculating your estimated arrival date, please take into consideration:
- Our fulfillment centers process orders Monday to Friday.
- Orders placed after 12:00 p.m. ET Monday to Thursday may be processed the following business day.
- Orders placed after 12:00 p.m. ET Friday to Sunday will be processed the following business day.
- Orders are not processed or shipped on US national holidays.
How long does shipping take for an unlimited plan?
Once an unlimited plan subscriber places an in-app order for test strips, the order is registered by our system and the member will receive a confirmation email. The order is then sent to and processed by one of our fulfillment centers.
After processing, test strips will be delivered within 5-10 business days.

IMPORTANT: Unlimited subscribers should consistently sync their One Drop glucose meter readings with the One Drop app. Test strip orders may be placed on hold if a user is ordering >300 test strips/month without syncing >300 readings/month.
