How are my goal types determined?
You are placed in a specific program track depending on your conditions. For example, if you have diabetes and hypertension, you will be placed in the TotalRx: Diabetes & Heart Health track, which includes goals for A1C, blood pressure, and physical activity. At this time, goals cannot be added or removed from your designated program track.
How are default goals set?
Default goals are based on a clinical standard of care. For example, your initial physical activity goal is set to at least 150 minutes of physical activity per week based on recommendations from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.

How can I adjust my goals?
In the upper right corner of the goal screen, select Adjust. Then, scroll to the value you would like to set as your goal.
How do I know what my goal should be?
Consult with your healthcare provider to determine the appropriate goal for your situation.
You might need to adjust your goal for the following reasons:
- Goal has been reached and you’re ready for the next step
- Goal has not been reached after long-term effort and commitment
- You notice a decline in physical and/or mental well-being

Can I add or delete a goal?
You can adjust your goals, but at this time, goals cannot be added or deleted altogether.
