We have discontinued One Drop subscriptions and orders to invest entirely in the development of our continuous glucose monitor (CGM). We believe this is the best way for One Drop to continue meeting the needs of people with diabetes.
Test Strip and Lancet Plans for Consumers
As of November 2023, you will not be charged again for your test strip and/or lancet plan. Starting in December, we will process prorated refunds for unlimited plan subscribers and bulk-ship testing supplies owed to fixed-quantity annual plans.
One Drop Premium for Consumers
If you are a One Drop Premium member, your last possible subscription charge date is November 30, 2023. You will retain access to coaching and other paid features through your final billing period, after which you can continue tracking your health data using the free One Drop app for iOS and Android.
One Drop Employer and Health Benefit Plan Members
As of December 31, 2023, One Drop will no longer offer its chronic condition programs to enrolled members who access One Drop programs through their employer or benefits provider. Prior to that date, you will have access to your One Drop program and can continue to message your coach, track health data, and access content via the One Drop app. For active members enrolled in a diabetes program, we will send a final shipment of testing supplies to your mailing address by the end of November.
