The One Drop app is available directly on the Fitbit Ionic and Versa.
Don’t have an Ionic or Versa? You can connect any Fitbit with the One Drop app using our direct integration.
- Open the One Drop app.
- Select the profile icon in the upper right to visit My Account.
- Select Import Health Data (iOS device) or Linked Accounts (Android device).
- Select on Fitbit.
- Sign in to your existing Fitbit account.
Historical data (prior to syncing Fitbit and One Drop) will not appear in your One Drop app. Only new Fitbit data will be synced with One Drop.
If you have set activity thresholds in your Fitbit account, One Drop will only import activity data that reaches your thresholds.
For example, if you have a threshold (or goal) of 15 minutes of walking in your Fitbit account, but you only walk for 10 minutes, One Drop will not import those activity minutes. However, One Drop will still pull in the steps associated with that 10-minute walk. In this case, we suggest you adjust your Fitbit threshold or manually add that activity to your One Drop app.
