How to use reminders

Think of Reminders as your daily checklist of what you can do to improve your health. Located under the Today tab at the top of your One Drop home screen, Reminders is a simple way to develop healthy habits. The screen displays what you have planned and what you have accomplished today. There are three ways to create a reminder.

Journey Screen

  1. Open the One Drop app.

  2. Select the Journey tab at the bottom of the screen.

  3. Select the Reminders tab at the top of the screen. 

  4. Select the plus button in the upper right.

  5. Specify the type of reminder you’d like to create.  

  6. Follow the prompts to schedule the reminder. 

    1. Choose Daily or Weekly.

    2. Specify the time.

    3. Choose Pre-meal, Post-meal, or Fasting.

  7. Toggle the Alert me button if you’d like to receive an alert for the reminder.

  8. The scheduled reminder will populate on your Today screen.

My Account

  1. Open the One Drop app.

  2. Select the My Account icon in the upper right corner (gray person icon).

  3. Scroll down and choose Reminders.

  4. Select the plus sign at the top right of the screen.

  5. Specify the type of reminder you’d like to create. 

  6. Follow the remaining steps from the preferred method outlined above.

Your Reminders checklist refreshes every day.
  • Complete = checked box 

  • Incomplete = empty checkbox
