The award-winning One Drop app makes tracking your health data simple. Follow the steps below to log your weight, blood sugar, meals, and more.
Log health data
Choose the menu button (four dots) in the lower right of your home screen and select which type of moment you would like to log.
Weight: Use the dial or tap the center to enter your weight using the keyboard.
Glucose: Use the dial or tap the center to enter your blood sugar value using the keyboard.
A1C: Use the dial or tap the center to enter your A1C using the keyboard.
Blood Pressure: Select the area above Systolic in the circle and enter your number using the keyboard. Select the area above Diastolic in the circle and enter your number using the keyboard.
Activity: Use the dial or select the center to enter the number of activity minutes using the keyboard. Choose Easy, Medium, or Hard. You can also passively pull in activity data from your phone or other health apps by connecting One Drop to Apple Health or Google Fit using your iPhone or Android settings.
Food: Use the dial or select the center to enter the carb value, search the Food Library, or use a Saved Food. Tap Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, or Snack.
Meds: Select your medication from the library. Then, use the dial or select the center to enter your medication dose using the keyboard.
Add feelings, note, photo, or tags to any moment, or edit the time you did it. Choose Save when you’re done. You can always edit later.
Edit or delete health data
Delete Moment: Delete any item from your timeline by swiping left and choosing Delete (iOS) or swiping right and choosing Delete (Android).
Edit Moment: Choose the moment you want to edit. Then, choose the blue Edit text. Make your adjustments (value, time, date, etc.) and choose Save.
