How to receive blood pressure insights

Managing your blood pressure is full of ups and downs. We’ve made the journey a little easier with the blood pressure (BP) insights feature.

Now, you can receive timely pop-up messages in the One Drop app that tell you how your blood pressure is trending, alert you if you've logged a very high blood pressure reading, and congratulate you for tracking regularly.

Who is eligible to receive BP insights

Members who have a One Drop account through their employer or members who have purchased One Drop Premium can receive BP insights.

How to receive your first BP insight

First, make sure you have the latest version of the One Drop app installed on your iOS or Android device. Then, start logging your blood pressure regularly in the One Drop app by entering your data manually or connecting a smart blood pressure monitor directly with the app.

Track your blood pressure regularly

Blood pressure can fluctuate, so regular tracking is necessary for One Drop to calculate meaningful trends. Try logging your blood pressure daily for the next 1-2 weeks to maximize your chances of receiving blood pressure (BP) insights.

Heads up!

If, at any time, you log a blood pressure reading that is in the hypertensive crisis range (greater than 180/120), you will receive a high blood pressure alert message.
