If you’ve been logged out of the app and need to reset your password, visit the sign-in screen. Enter the email address you used to create your account and select “Forgot password?” A reset password email will be sent to you. Then, follow the prompts to reset your password.

Note: It’s important to log in to the app using the same method you used to create your account. For example, if you created your account using Facebook, you will need to log in using Facebook. If you created your account using Google, you will need to log in using Google.
