Are you encountering bugs or difficulties while using the One Drop app? Try the helpful tips below.
Update your One Drop app.
If you have an Android phone, go to the Google Play Store, search for the One Drop app, and select Update. If you have an iPhone, visit the Apple App Store, search for the One Drop app, and select Update. You can also try logging in and out of your One Drop app. Do not delete and reinstall your One Drop app.
Update your phone’s operating system.
The One Drop app works with iOS 13 and Android OS 6 or higher. You can update your operating system on an iPhone by visiting Settings > General > Software Update. On an Android, visit Settings > System > System update.
Connect to strong Wi-Fi.
A strong Wi-Fi connection will help the app work more smoothly.
Log in using the correct credentials.
You must log in to the One Drop app using the same method you used to create an account. For example, if you used Facebook to create your account, you will need to log in using the Facebook option on the sign-in screen.
