Results that
mean something
More than 20 clinical studies prove that One Drop really works.
Estimated A1C lowered by 1.9%
In just three months, One Drop users with type 2 diabetes lowered their estimated A1C by 1.9 percentage points.

A1C lowered by 1.36%
People with diabetes using One Drop to track self-care activities decreased their A1C by 1.36 percentage points in four months.

Glucose predictions are 99.5% accurate
One Drop’s machine learning model accurately predicts the probabilities that a user’s glucose will rise above 180 mg/dL or fall below 70 mg/dL in people using continuous glucose monitors (CGM).
At 30 minutes, the predictions are 99.5% accurate, at one hour, 98.6% accurate, and at four hours, One Drop’s accuracy is 91.9%, which is higher than other published studies examining hypoglycemia predictions using CGM data.

Savings up to $2,450 per person per year
Our peer-reviewed studies demonstrate that One Drop lowers A1C by 0.8% to 1.9% in just 3 months. These A1C reductions can drive $1,000 - $2,450 in direct cost savings per participant per year.

Grabner M , Abbott S , Nguyen M, Chen Y, Quimbo R. Estimated Cost Savings Associated With A1C Reductions In A Large US Commercial Health Plan. Value in Health. 2013; 16: A1-A298
Cost savings and ROI estimates are based on medical cost savings published by Grabner et al. Cost savings for A1C improvements are adjusted to current 2021 values using the medical component of the Consumer Price Index for each year of costs reported. Cost savings estimates are based on findings from two randomized control trials evaluating One Drop’s effect on A1C. Return on investment calculations are based on per person, monthly enrolled participant cost of One Drop’s diabetes program.
